Donations to our Scholarships Program help us attract and retain the best health professionals. Giving our dedicated staff new opportunities to keep learning ensures they continue to provide expert and compassionate care to all patients, and we see the benefits of enhanced training ripple through the teams.
In the past twelve months, donor funds have enabled more than 50 nurses to undertake scholarships and educational opportunities such as postgraduate qualifications in:
- Midwifery
- Critical Care
- Master of Advanced Clinical Cardiac Nursing
- Perioperative Nursing
- Palliative Care
- Neurosciences
- Oncology
- Emergency Nursing
Additional opportunities funded include leadership training, conference attendance, and Coaching for Impact training for healthcare leaders.

I am excited to apply this education in the development and rollout of a comprehensive Clinical Supervision program for the nurses on our unit.
